How we use your information
- Email address: newsletter delivery only. We do not sell, license, or share your email with third parties. We don't use it for promotional partners or co-marketing.
- Analytics data: understanding which content is useful, identifying broken pages, and improving the overall site experience. This data is aggregated and not linked to individuals.

Data storage and security
- Newsletter subscriber emails are stored via Klaviyo, a US-based email platform that is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR-compliant
- Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics 4, with data retention set to 14 months
- We do not store payment information — we have no checkout, no user accounts, and no payment processing
Data transfers from Australia to the US (via Klaviyo and Google) are subject to standard contractual clauses providing equivalent protections under the Australian Privacy Act.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes affecting how we handle subscriber data, we'll send a notification to our email list. Continued use of the site following a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
